We are implementing an unusual but a unique and professional vetting system to all jobseekers on our books that will cut down on time, human resources, unnecessary expenditure to both the jobseekers and prospective employers. The typical standard is for employers to spend endless time and numerous resources in chasing jobseekers professional, educational and personal references when an offer is about to be made or is being made and on many occasions the results required never come forth, then the ball is thrown back to the jobseekers to “push” their referees to respond to the prospective employers, the result is either the prospective employer gives up out of frustration and turn down an asset (candidate) or just give it a-go and employ the wrong person. The truth is the employer or the candidate losses out. Similarly, some unscrupulous candidates / jobseekers submits a “doctored” resumes with fictitious information i.e. past / current employers, academic qualification and referees which are sometimes undetected by prospective employers until a later date when the purpose of employment begin to go wrong, but by this time the damage had already been done.
CrystalBlend have conducted extensive research into these anomalies and have structured a bespoke candidates’ vetting system that will curtail or prevent these incongruities, this will enable us to give prospective employers full vetted profiled candidates with all responsibilities of all referencing being shouldered by CrystalBlend. We are therefore appealing to all jobseekers / candidates that approaches us for a job or career to ensure all information supplied are non-fictitious and are accurate as at the time of registration and submission of resume or we will have no alternative than to reject your application/resume and we may blacklist your information. To effectively carry out the above this strict but professional vetting system to candidates / jobseekers who decide to register their profile with us by way of submitting their resumes / CVs, the following fees applies:
A one-off chargeable Administration Fees on resumes are as follows:
Fresh Jobseekers (Graduates) - N1,500.00
Experienced Jobseekers (Middle Cadre i.e. 1-5 yrs work exp.) - N2,500.00
Executive / Senior Jobseekers (All Senior Cadre i.e. 5 yrs+ work exp.) - N3,500.00
The above fee is a one-off payment on submission of your resume if your want us to work for you with our clients. The fees will be used to run around in obtaining all your references i.e. educational, professional and personal, please be aware that we are NOT charging you for looking for opportunities for you with employers as we get paid for this service by our clients, but the fees are used for obtaining all your given information to enhance a swift turn around process from your interview with employers-to-offer of employment.
